Turkish Airlines (THY) became a member of the IATA Airline Retailing Consortium, which is led by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and comprised of airlines leading the industry. The IATA Airline Retailing Consortium aims to implement important initiatives that will make the digital travel experience of the future possible. The consortium mainly aims to track all air and non-air products and services personalized according to travel purposes, and designed in accordance with the "General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)", through a single record.
