Turkish Technology meets the aviation industry at Aviation Festival Asia

Held in Suntec, Singapore, between February 28 and March 1, Aviation Festival Asia, the region's most noteworthy aviation technology exhibition, brought together more than 2500 industry executives and 250 speakers this year. Turkish Technology made an impressive presence at the exhibition, organized to forge business partnerships in the Asian Region featuring the leaders of various global airlines and airport operators.

Before the fair, where senior executives in charge of software, services, sustainability, marketing, and distribution came together, Mr. Kerem Kızıltunç, General Manager of Turkish Technology, had a long and enjoyable interview with Jessica Brownlow, Editor of Terrapinn, which is the organizer of Aviation Festival Asia. Mr. Kızıltunç shared his views on many topics, such as the use of artificial intelligence across the industry, the investments Turkish Technology is focusing on in the forthcoming period, how the technology infrastructure is designed to support digital transformation, and the technologies that are expected to be trending across the sector in the near future.

Following the interview, the participants had the chance to attend panels with valuable executives as speakers. In the panel, Kerem Kızıltunç, General Manager of Turkish Technology, came together with Henry Harteveldt, President of Atmosphere Research Group, Haoyu Dai, Divisional Vice President of Digital at Singapore Airlines, and Emma Taylor, Head of Technology at Virgin Australia.

Aiming to improve its position as the industry leader on a global scale, Turkish Technology was present at the Aviation Festival Asia event, which can also be seen as the brainstorming event of the aviation industry, and was represented at the panel on "How are airline CIOs in Asia prioritizing investments as we head further into 2023 to meet passengers digital demands and deliver on sustainability efforts?" by Kerem Kızıltunç, General Manager of Turkish Technology. At the panel, various crucial topics were broached, such as how emerging technologies impact the aviation sector and strategies for ensuring data privacy and security in an industry consistently targeted by cyber criminals.

After this highly acclaimed panel, Mr. Kerem Kızıltunç was also a guest at the Keynote Interview event moderated by Henry Harteveldt, President of Atmosphere Research Group. During this one-on-one conversation, Mr. Kızıltunç and Mr. Harteveldt discussed the digital world of Turkish Airlines.

Hosting the most diverse and highest number of participants ever, attending the Aviation Festival Asia is one of the steps taken by Turkish Technology, which acts with the motto of creating tomorrow's technology today with its ever-growing organization, to accelerate its investments on a global scale and strengthen its position as the industry leader.
